All floors of W.E.B. Du Bois library go wireless

Wireless Internet access has been upgraded in the W.E.B. Du Bois Library and is now available on all 26 floors. The $168,000 project is part of an initiative sponsored by the Office of Information Technologies (OIT) to expand wireless coverage on the UMass campus.

UMass graduate student Kevin Graber comes full-circle

While in college, Kevin Graber’s long battle with cancer ended his pursuit of becoming a major league short stop. However, Graber did not give up hope. He became the youngest professional baseball manager, an administrator at Amherst College, and, at the end of the semester, will earn his master’s at UMass, where he works as an assistant residence hall director, living with his family in Washington Tower.
