I think SGA has always been a pretty effective body, I mean we got online voting which is pretty cool, but if we can act on these ideas, I think the SGA will really start to do some great things on campus. Still not sure there was a single idea in this column to solve it though. Saying we need people to care isn't much of a solution. Neither is voting for a president familiar with the SGA- I'm sure that's been done before without success. Having online voting doesn't involve students any longer than the 3 minutes they spend voting. I don't get the obsession with online voting but, while i agree it will at minimum keep turnout the same, you are only kidding yourself if you think ppl will start following the sga just because they voted.
