Freshman Connor DeVivo made a game-wining goal to extend the Massachusetts men’s soccer team’s undefeated streak, earning him the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honor. In the five matches that the Chicopee, Mass. native has played, only one has resulted in a loss.

Sitting at fifth in the Atlantic 10 standings with a 4-3 conference record, the Massachusetts women’s soccer team will close out its season on the road this weekend against Fordham and La Salle. The Rams have been dominant at home this season with a 6-1 record, while the Minutewomen have struggled on the road at 2-6.

Sophomore Emily Cota has retaken her position as the starting goaltender for the Massachusetts women’s soccer team, recording two shutouts this past weekend. Cota began the season as the starter and played the first nine games of the season before going down with a concussion on Sept. 26 in a 3-2 loss to Harvard.

After a solid effort at the Head of the Charles in Boston, the Massachusetts rowing team will head to Saratoga, N.Y. to take part in the Head of the Fish regatta. Much of the Minutewomen squad will be competing more than once this weekend and overall will bring 16 boats to compete in 11 races.
