Sex offender community notification

An Amherst man has been determined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board to be a level-three sex offender. According to the Amherst Police Department, Robert A. Martinez, a 31-year old man who is currently homeless, is at high risk for reoffending.

Recent University of Massachusetts graduate plans to build frisbee golf course connecting Orchard Hill and Sylvan

No more traveling to Northampton or Conway to play frisbee golf because, if passed, students will be able to play disc golf right here on the UMass campus.
