I went to graduate school with Robert. I admired him, his intelligence, his soulful silences. What will become of his photographs? I am now curator at the Kemper Museum in Kansas City, MO. If a member of Robert’s family would care to contact me, I would do what I can to help maintain Robert’s legacy.

Robert was an old friend who loved life behind the lens. He was missed when he left the room, and now his pictures and books must carry on.
