As friends and family visit her in Spain, Allison is hitting some of the most grandiose spots in Europe and loving every minute of it.

Hola, me llamo Allison Agnew, as we like to say in España. I am a Junior at UMass studying Communications and Spanish. My interests in the Communication department include film studies, radio, and travel journalism. My favorite film directors are Pedro Almodovar and Stanley Kubrick. On my free time, I enjoy going to concerts in Northampton, riding the Northampton bike trail, and spending quality time with friends. As of now I am currently living in Granada, Spain. It is a beautiful Spanish city where you can find almost every aspect of the culture. I am taking this opportunity to learn la vida de España through language, music, films, art, history, and most importantly Spanish life. It is very different from the United States, but I find myself enjoying this culture a lot more. This is probably because of the daily siestas I am inclined to take. I hope my upcoming slideshows will help you to understand and learn the life of a traveler and a Spaniard all in one.
