Minutewomen fall to Central Connecticut in first road game
The Massachusetts women’s basketball team fell 78-69 to Central Connecticut on Tuesday in a frustrating back-and-forth affair that saw senior co-captain Jasmine Watson sidelined for nearly the entire first half due to foul trouble.

Minutewomen sign Canadian for next year
The Massachusetts women’s basketball team signed its third recruit of the November early signing period on Thursday in 6-foot-1 Rashida Timbilla. She averaged 20.4 points and 14.4 rebounds per game for the Kanata Cavs.

Minutewomen sign top high school prospect Mital
On Nov. 16, the Massachusetts women’s basketball head coach Sharon Dawley announced the signing of Emily Mital, a high school player out of Texas. Mital led her high school in total career points and points in a single game.
