The UMass football team blew a 13-point lead after Buffalo blocked a punt to swing momentum away from the Minutemen and cost them a victory.
UMass students will have to travel two-hours to Gillette Stadium to catch the Minutemen home games.
The Massachusetts football team will play New Hampshire on Saturday at Gillette Stadium in what looks to be a preview of UMass’s home site for the near future.
The decision to change the venue of home games for the Massachusetts football team in 2012 and beyond has many students disappointed. A significant portion of the student fan base appears unwilling to make the two-hour trip to Gillette from the UMass campus.
