Woman charged in connection with pedestrian death of UMass student last July

Cynthia S. May, 64, of Orleans, has been charged with negligent motor vehicle homicide after her vehicle struck and killed 20-year-old Hannah Frilot on North East Street last July.

‘She was a happy person and she exuded that happiness onto everyone around her’
