After an injury to Mike Callahan took the quarterback out of the game, Dae’Quan Scott took over under center and led the Dukes to victory. Scott won conference honors, while UNH upset Villanova 31-24.

Coming off an exhibition win against the Swedish National Under-20 Team last Saturday, the Massachusetts hockey team will look for its victory of the season against New Hampshire this weekend. Both UMass and UNH have played seven games thus far, with the Wildcats featuring nine players with at least five points.

UMass took on UNH in the first annual Colonial Clash at Gillette Stadium. Over 30,000 fans were in attendance to see the first college football game ever played at Gillette. The Minutemen, though, got roughed up by the Wildcats by a score of 39-13.

The Massachusetts women’s soccer team followed up a come-from-behind win on Friday against New Hampshire with a 4-0 shutout over Fairfield on Sunday. The Minutewomen are currently 3-2-0 on the season.
