The Minutemen travel to West Point this Friday to take on the Black Knights after falling to them in 12-7 in the 2015 season opener.

Minutewomen kick off fall season

The Massachusetts tennis team kicked off the fall season at the Eastern Collegiate Invitational at Army in West Point, N.Y. this past weekend. Sophomore Julia Comas won the Flight B singles championship while freshman Jessica Podlofsky won Flight D. No. 1 singles player Yuliana Motyl, however, had a bye in the first round before losing to Hofstra’s Elena Ivanova in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2.
