Recipe: Guacamole done right

You will need:

Emma Lynch/Collegian

5 medium-sized ripe avocados

1 medium tomato

1 medium onion

Habanero sauce or hot salsa


1 Lemon


To prepare:

>Cut avocados in half, and remove pits and skin.

>Place in a large bowl and mash with a fork. Dice half of the tomato, and half of the onion (save the rest for the next time you make this guacamole, which will be soon, trust us).

>Add the diced vegetables to the bowl. Finely chop half a cup of cilantro leaves, and add to the bowl as well. Add four teaspoons of the habanero sauce, drizzle with juice from one lemon wedge, and mix together.

>Add salt to taste. Have a fiesta and enjoy with tortilla chips!
