In this episode of Ugly Campus, Riley and Max delve into this history of South College, one of the oldest buildings on UMass' campus. South College was nearly destroyed at by a fire over a hundred years ago, but in an effort to be more environmentally friendly, and preserve the history of our campus, it was restored, instead of demolished. This building represents the rich history of UMass' campus through its architecture.
