Cross Country teams close out 2009 this weekend

After failing to qualify for the NCAA Tournament, both the men’s and women’s cross country teams will head to New York to close out their seasons in the IC4A Championships.

Swimming prepares for Stony Brook

The Massachusetts swimming and diving teams will host its first of two straight home meets this Saturday against Stony Brook. The men will look to rebound from a loss to Army with a few changes in the events.

UMass downs BU at in season opener

Facing Boston University, the Massachusetts men’s swimming and diving teams pulled out a 153-147 victory this weekend. Senior Juan Moliere anchored the Minutemen relay squad that also included juniors Chris Howard and Trevor Ziegler and freshman Pete Sacco.
