Repealing the alcohol tax: to do or not to do?

This election, Massachusetts voters will decide the fate of three ballot questions. Among them are questions pertaining to eliminating sales tax on alcohol, repealing a law which allows developers building low-income housing to obtain a single permit, and a third which would reduce the state’s sales tax to 3 percent starting in January.
