Melissa Madeson, the Big Sky Runner of the Week in each of the past two weeks was at it again this weekend, taking another second place finish at the Aggie Invitational in Davis. Madeson finished just 1.4 seconds behind Yvonee Liebig of UC Davis, and finished with a time of 17:55.50 over the five-kilometer course.
For the men, Erik Mencarini finished the eight-kilometer course with a time of 25:24.20. This time placed him fifth in a pack of 67 runners.
