Olivia (Liv) Cushman, Head Podcast Editor & Opinion Columnist
Liv Cushman has been writing for the Daily Collegian since she transferred to the University of Massachusetts Amherst as a Journalism major during the Fall 2022 Semester. She has thrived within the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences’ Journalism program, and has since declared a double major in the College of Humanities and Fine Arts’ English major in the Creative Writing Concentration. Now a senior, she is an established Columnist within the Collegian’s Opinion section, as well as having a few Arts articles published. She was recently promoted to Head Podcast Editor during her final UMass Semester before Graduation, Spring 2025.
