Vandals defaced untended student organization booths in the Library Quad Sept. 14.
During Recruitment Week many sororities and fraternities leave out their booths because it is difficult to take the booths down at the end of the day, according to Heather Dunn-Carlton, program advisor.
She explained that most fraternities and sororities camp out in the library quad during this week in an effort to keep their booths from being vandalized.
Although it is possible other fraternities and sororities could be the culprits, Dunn-Carlton said that it is unlikely. “The Greek system is so involved in their own recruitment that they would not have time to vandalize others
