Whether you are single or in a relationship, Valentine’s Day is a perfect excuse to enjoy an alcoholic indulgence. These include everything from classic martinis to festive spirits utilizing affordable alcohols for the average college student.

Raspberry Flirtini

Single and ready to mingle? Looking for a way to build up some liquid courage before making your move on the cutie across the bar? Try this cute cocktail to help you muster up the courage. Mix one part raspberry vodka and one part champagne. Top with a bit of Chambord and shake with ice. Garnish the top with raspberries and get your flirt on! (Recipe from pinkdrinks.com.)

Pink Prozac

If the Valentine’s Day spirit makes you a bit crazy, try this drink to calm your nerves. Mix two ounces of lemon vodka, one-half ounce of Triple Sec, one-quarter of an ounce of lime juice and three ounces of grapefruit juice. Top with a bit of cranberry juice and garnish with a lemon.
