Why would you be proud of being arrested? And what is the accomplishment, you’ve spent countless resources, years and effort to get the company to divest into fossil fuels. That time could have been spent doing something important or useful. There are far more important causes.
There is no future in being a protester or “activist”. Unless that’s to become a professor at a highly liberal college like umass and there is only a limited number of positions open for professors and instructors.
