The University of Massachusetts Fossil Fuel Divestment Campaign held a rally on Monday to demand that divestment from the fossil fuel industry. The rally began at the Student Union and continued as participants marched to the Whitmore administration building, where students were taking part of a sit-in outside of the Chancellor’s office.
