Matt Skillings, Assistant Sports Editor
Matt Skillings is an Assistant Sports Editor at the Massachusetts Daily Collegian. Matt is a senior at UMass, double majoring in sports journalism and communication. He has been writing for the sports section since the fall of his sophomore year and has covered hockey, women’s soccer and baseball. In addition to his work with the Collegian, Matt has spent two summers as a media intern for the Harwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League and has bylines with the Boston Globe and MassLive.com.
